ISO: my birth sister
I dont know much about her. I do know that she was born in 1960 in LaCrosse WI and her birth mothers maiden name is Martha Lipchitz I dont know how or where to start my search if any one has any helpful information I would greatly appreciate it

You could search for marriage records for the mother under the last name. This is a start. This way you can link a birthdate, and possibly find some info this way. You may have to search through many different pages to find this info, but you at least will have a start.
