Yes I lived in Oshkosh Wis. I remember the Robbinsons had a large family. You said you are looking for Robbins. Is it possible it could of been Robbinson ? Good luck to you... I hope you find who you're looking for..

Finally got to talk with the deceased Earl Robbins brother and he isn't the right man. So its' back to square one.
