I have an impossible search ahead of me. My mother in law asked me to find her twin son and daughter whom she gave up for adoption in Madison WI. Born in October 1962. She does not remember the exact date as it has been over 40 yrs and shes getting on in age.

If any of this information fits you/your sister, please please let me know. The information I have is very limited, but I do have the birth parents names that were on the birth certificates and the delivering physicians name.

I am sorry I did not get your message sooner,
I am having a search done now from a lady that lives in Wisconsin. I wish I had more information about my sister just like your mother in law my mother says she can't remember the exact date. I know she was born a county general Sep. 1962. I was told when a child is adopted the original birth records are sealed, what they see now as a birth certificte is their adopted name. If you would like I can give you the name of the woman searching for me. She will be going back to Madison on Tuesday the 14th. I really pray she can find her.
