I was told to go to Adams and ask the register of deeds to look at the birth iindex for the day you were born. The information, unless it was changed or deleted, should be in the index with your name at birth. If you want to get back to me for more informatiion, let me know. I am going to make a trip up to adams as soon as i can. I live in Wisconsin Dells, but do not have a vehicle now. Mine was a sealed adoption, so there is more work involved in looking. Good luck.
