Please help me find my brother!
Please help me find my brother! I am 17 years old and I just found out that I have an older brother that was given up for adoption at birth. His birth name was Jared Jac, but his adoptive parents changed it to Luke Nathaniel. He would have been born in New London, Wisconsin. I am not sure of his birth date, but it is around Feb-March of 1986. He is 19 now. I do not know his last name, but his adoptive parents' first names are Art and Maureen. He had an adoptive grandfather that passed away in 1993. He may still be living in Wisconsin or Michigan. If you have any infomation that might help me locate Luke, please let me know! Thank you....

Looking for Luke Nathaniel
I just received some updated information. Luke was born in March 1986 and will turn 19 in 2005. The adoption was handled through Lutheran Social Services in Appleton, WI. If you are Luke or know Luke, please get in touch with me. Thank you!
