August 8 1972 8/8/72 Green Bay F adoptee iso bfamily
I'm assisting a young wife/mother who is on dialysis and awaiting kidney/pancreas transplant, any and all help appreciated. As a volunteer, I generally help in PA and do not know much about Wisconsin so am learning as I go.
She has little info. She was born Aug. 8 1972 at St. Mary's Hospital and Medical Center in Gren Bay. The only other info is hearsay from family, that her mother was *very* young. Before she was ill, she attempted to search about 4 years ago and let it go at that time due to concern of hurting her adoptive parents. Now she's concerned her birthfamily may think she only wants reunion for medical needs. Truth is, the lady would like closure, healthy or ill. She is a very sweet mom of two, and any birthparent would be proud to know her. Does WI allow petition for medical reasons? If so, to whom do you petition? Are there state registries to use? Do agencies or courts search, or both? Anything else I should know? Any tips or potential matches welcome! Please reply here (or replace AT with @ sign) amym1972ATkittymail.com Thank you! |

Help 4 u
Hi there. I also am a volunteer, and I specialize in Wisconsin. Instead of me writing everything out in here, just go to the beginning of the forums under wisconsin, and there is a posting about help in wisconsin in the beginning of the posts for wisconsin. It is from the search guru. Everything you will need is in there. If you can't find it, or you need further help, please feel free to let me know. Jill
