I used to live in LA. I loved it. I now live in Chicago and have been here for 11 years. I myself never married and am single and don't mind one bit. I'm much happier than most of my friends who are married. I found my birth mother (so to speak), but she is older doesn't want to arrange a meeting, which is fine. I have a little more information as to where I came from, and my mind is at ease. If you need any advice, let me know.

Birth Name

I believe it was Christopher, but I believe my name was given by my foster parents.

I'm helping a friend look for a brother. All he knows is his Mom had a child in October of '66 in Wisconsin ... he thinks the name was Bryan. He really doesn't have much to go on. He is 36 or 37 now. But you said you were the YOUNGEST of 5 sibs... different.

According to the papers I received from Wisconsin Social Services, my ** had divorced her husband (with whom she had 5 children) at the age of 35. She began dating a gentleman after the divorce and became pregnant. After telling this man she was pregnant, he left her. She hid the pregnancy from her children (at that time, they ranged in ages from 2 years to 16 years old). Her husband remarried and retained custody of their children. She had a history of having nervous breakdowns and was taking medication for them at the time she was pregnant with me. Last year, social services contacted her, and she refused a meeting saying that her husband had recently passed and she wan't emotionally capable of a reunion. I don't know if she had anymore children from this marriage. She is now about 72 - 73 years old. I don't know where she is living, but I know that she was originally from Minnesota.
