You are so right that how ever this lady is she is paying games with people's feelings & lives.I found my twin sons after many years of waiting for them to turn 18 so I could legally look. I went through ICARE and yes it seemed to be about money. But honestly it would cost allot more to hire a private detective. If you know where, when & birth name go to that county courthouse and ask to see the file. I know it suppose to be closed and all but this is exactly what ICARE did for me and she was able to from their birthnames find their adoptive names and address. I lost my sons 15+ years ago when I got locked up due to a very bad drug problem. For years I felt like dirt lying to people when they asked how many children I had because I was so ashamed I lost custody. They were 7 years old at the time. My sons have a younger sister that the state allowed my Mom to take while I was locked up but wouldn't let her get my twins. I have zero respect for WI Health & Family Services they lied in court and even though I had medical records showing that these boys were well taken care of. The jury heard about the drugs and that's all they heard. Granted I am not saying I was a perfect mother far from it. But I genuinely love my sons and would make sure they ate even if it meant no food for me. After I lost custody my cousin told me the best gift i could give them was to be clean & sober when I found them so that is what I did. This year their sister found them on the internet on myspace.com which is real popular with people in their 20's, 30's & 40's. The boys remebered so much and they remebered my love. They had found God in their lives to get them through the horrible home the state had them adopted to. Every child the State of WI adopts out they get a financial kickback from the government. It made allot of sense to adopt them even though their biological family still wanted them. My sons have shown me forgiveness & love I thought I would never deserve. So please do not give up anyone it can happen. Ciao, gazzygurl

I have a friend I work with here in Mesa, Az. She gave a baby girl up for adoption about 30 or 35 yrs ago. I believe this year she updated her information with the agency that processed her daughter's adoption. My friend has no name or anything to try and find her daughter. I am also a adoptee from Az I have tried all sorts of sites to help her but I can't find anything. Do you have any suggestions. With out a name my friend doesn't know where to begin. Thanks Susan
