I am a male born November 12, 1966. According to my birth certificate, I was born at St. Mary's Hospital in Racine (now All Saints-St. Mary's Medical Center) at 1:49am. I also have the birth cert # and attending physician. I was placed up for adoption at birth through Catholic Social Services in Racine and lived in a foster home for 9 months until I was adopted then live in Sturdevant (sp?) until I was 5 and moved to Clintonville, WI. My adopted mother informed me that I was the youngest of 5 children when I was put up for adoption. I am searching for either or both my siblings and bio-parents. I am applying for my non-id this week and hope it will give me more information. I have searched for the physician listed on my birth certificate to confirm my actual city of birth, but am having no luck. I am also sending in my ADOPTION SEARCH APPLICATION and am having the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services conduct parts of my search. Hello, I was wondering if you could help me begin my search to find someone, anyone from my birthfamily, I was born in Racine. Wisconsin on Jan. 31st. 1961, I don't have much information and I'm not quite sure where to begin, as a single parent of two boys it's hard to spend a lot of money on the fee and costs of searching, but I'm still hopeful that I can find someone that will direct me on where and how to search. I have registered in most of the free databases, but to no avail. Hopefully you can help me.

my sister and i are looking for our half sister.
she was born in waupaca, wis in either 1969 or 1970. the month of May. at the time of her adoption she was at the children's hospital in milwaukee.
my mother had named her "misty".

I reallllly hope you can help. My mother has been trying to find out her birth mother and father and siblings. Unfortunately time is running out. My mother is 57 and am sure her parents are near their end or have already passed. Just to know the names and a little info would be a miracle at this point.
My mother does not know I am doing this. I want to for her. She was adopted from what has been said then fostered. Her foster parents were abusive and alcoholics.
I believe she needs to know because she needs to feel a connection that she has never had.
From what we know, my mom was born in Milwaukee, oct 6, 1947. her first name is Jette ad last name... is Tully we believe because Her foster mother's first husbands name was John Tully. But They did not look alike at all. But we do not know...

My name is Lisa. I live in Oshkosh. I am trying to locate my sister who was born in 1966. Our mother just passed away almost 2 years ago and I have heard that there is no way to find my sister through any records. When my mom was alive, we were at the hospital where my sister was born and we filled out some paper work, but the hospital said they dont have any record of her birth. My mom had told me that she had no idea who took my sister after my mom signed papers. I really would love to find her. She was born, 12-18-66, one month, one day and one year after me. My mom has expressed interest in finding her birth mother and has asked me to do some searching for her- but I am lost as to where to start.
-My mom was born november 27, 1950 in Sparta, WI (monroe county)
-Her mother worked for the VA hospital in Tomah, WI when she was born. Then she might have gone into the service.
-Her mother was a visiting anatomy professor at some point at University of Minnesota.
-She thinks her mom's first name was Ruth

I got to school in Wisconsin- so I figured that I could see what I could find when I can search back there too. An help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I'm also curious about my grandma- my mom and I are practically identical in looks and we are curious to see how strong that trait is, we also want to find out who she is as well.
