Allen Lee Collins 4/16/1978
I am looking for my brother his name was Allen Lee Collins born in WV on 4/16/1978. Our Mother was Virginia Marie Collins and my dad was Robert Thomas Taylor. Please I would love to find him since I found my dad. Also found mom but she died at 26 years of age in Parkersburg, WV in 1986 or 1988. Thanks
