where r the search angels for west virginia i need help please
please can someone please help me find my sister. she was born 1/19/1970 in ohio valley hospital in ohio co. i don't know what to do next. where else do I search am I at a dead end? do we have any search angels in west virginia or is it a state that is forgotten about
 . I know she is out there but where.

Might know someone who can help.
Try contacting a fellow by the name of Harold Newman. Can't remember his e-mail address. Just do a search on his name. I know it was something WV culture. Helped us find my husbands birth mother's name. Good luck!
