Adoptee born 06/09/76 in WA searching
I was born on 06/09/1976 in Olympia WA and am approaching my 30th birthday. I have been searching for my birth parents off and on for the past 10 years with no luck. Just hoping that maybe someone will read my post this week since my birthday is coming up! Just curious more than anything...

Have you sent for your non-identifying information? You can get it from the following places: 1. County where the adoption was finalized (usually same county where adoptive parents lived). 2. Adoption agency if one was involved. 3. DSHS if they were involved. You can also hire a Confidential Intermediary (CI). There are pros and cons to this so research before hiring one. Another thing, there's a free Yahoo group that helps with searches in WA. All you need is a free Yahoo email account. The URL is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/washin...adoptionsearch.
