I just started trying to look for my brother and sister. So i thought i would try this and see if i can find anything out on how to do this or how to try to find them. I dont know much about them besides their names when they were born before they were adopted. My brothers name was Philip Ray Hall and my sister was Laura Kohlmeier. I am not sure if that is how their names are spelled. But they were adopted in Washington State the last picture i have of them is in december 1981. I wasn't born till may 1982. I think philip was born in 1978 and laura 1979. I do know they both were born in june. philip either the 22 or the 23 i dont know what day laura was born. this is all i know about them. so if anyone knows how i can try to get more info about how to look for them or how to get more info on them please write back. thanks
