If she filled one out probably. When I got my paperwork through the SRS it was included in there. But after contacting her brother and sisters turns out she lied about prety much everything.

My friend's husband did this somewhat inexpensive DNA gene snip that gave him lots of medical advice as to what he is at risk for medically.

if u find where u was born they may of put medical info in your records
 i put my sisters there and only if she wants them they have all the info but dont have to use the contact info in them just the medical... hope that helpsalso if you know where u was born and if the parnets was from there u could ask the hospital for more info and see if they can help you out. but that if you know who they are but dont want to contact them personally
