search assistance
I would like to find non-identifying information about my birth parents. I was adopted in Baltimore City in 1974. The adoption agency no longer exists (at least to the extent I have searched). Are there any suggestions as to where to go from here. I have adoption records/decree and birth certificate. The birth certificate obviously contains my birth parents. I appreciate any information one can pass along.
