has anyone in Canada adopted from Vietnam?

Just wondering if anyone from Canada has successfully adopted from Vietnam. My husband and I are hoping to adopt internationally for our second baby and are just doing research right now. Looking to connect with others who are interested in adopting from vietnam or have done so. Thanks.
