dossier returned
I just got an email from my agency that the dossiers are being returned today for families that did not receive a referral. Though I've gone another route for our 2nd adoption, this is sad.

I am so sorry. It is wonderful that you have a new path to your daughter. I wish you much luck and joy.
We are in the same boat, though we are waiting it out with VN. It is our only option at this point. Good Luck.
