Are the Rumors True?

I was told by two well known agencies that Vietnam will still consider the adoption of children with medical needs. I was wondering if this is still true or just a rumor. I would definitely consider the adoption of a infant or toddler with medical needs since most of them are mild or moderate and the vast majority of them are correctable.

All input is greatly appreciated and as always thank you so much in advanced!!

I have heard this same thing. I think agencies are working hard to get this done. I did hear age will not be considered a special need.

I'm praying the SN adoptions can continue.
