Agency help? Vietnam and China simultaneous?

New to this site, we are considering Vietnam adoption and would appreciate any info on agencies---good or bad---could you PM me?
We have been looking at Pearl Buck and VORF.

Next question: It is sooo confusing whether we can initiate a Vietnam adoption while waiting to adopt from China! Looks like we will wait 3 or more years from now, our LID was a few months ago. Some agencies say yes and some say no...help!

we are doing an interim adoption in Vietnam. we are logged in with china also with a LID of 5/07. we did not use the agencies you mentioned so i have no info regarding your 1st question.

I ditto the response before me. We were just referred a beautiful baby from VN, and we've been Logged into China for 18 months...our wait for our son from VN was 2 months.

Our China agency said "adopt from another counrty withour blessing" - they are a large China agency - and we did!

Our VN agency wasn't either of the agencies you mentioned, so
I can't help you there.

We are logged in with China as of 5/18/06 and came home with our daughter at the end of August from Vietnam. As far as I know, the CCAA posted on their website that concurrent adoptions are allowed.
