Doctor Question
When you get your referral, will you send the medicals to an adoption specialist?
and After you get home with the baby, will you take it to a regular pediatrician or an international adoption specialist?

May 07...... Vietnam Adoption in process... Sept 08......Vietnam closed Referral not in time... January 09..Switched to Russia...declined 2 referrals due to medical concerns.... Nov 09.....Korea....  will this work...

We used our son's pediatrician. However, I have to say that he specializes in international adoption medicine and has four adopted children from Russia. Most of the adoptive families I know use him. So, if you don't have a pediatrician, look for a peditrician through your insurance company that specializes in international medicine or international adoption medicine. HTH!
