Referral!
We were totally surprised yesterday by a phone call from our agency with the referral of our sweet new daughter. We had waited 6 1/2 months and were expecting to wait another couple of months! She is six months old and is completely beautiful
 We should travel to bring her home in 4-5 months.

We do have a name - Phoebe Anh. Anh is her Vietnamese name, obviously! And we have a blog but it is now protected so that only family and others adopting from our agency can view it. Now that we have her picture and know her location, I'll feel safer keeping her info private until she's home and finalized!
