The Wait...

I emailed my agency to see where I was on the waiting list. They responded by saying it would be nine months until I get a referral and 4 months to G & R. 13 months of waiting. 13 months?!?!

But hey thank God it's not as long as the poor China families are now waiting. And at least there is an end date since I orginally began trying to adopt from Vietnam right before they shut their doors to international adoption.

And come Wednesday, I would have officially been waiting a month. That time has gone by pretty quickly. I guess that's what having two kids under two, along with a full-time job, does for you.

I can relate! And I'm hoping to be right behind you on the very same waiting list. Glad to know that the wait hasn't gone up much beyond the nine months yet....

Here's to waiting!!

Heather,

I'm so glad it hasn't gone up either.

Yash,

Waiting isn't fun, but it will be worth it and with the other babies in the house time will fly.

Waiting...waiting...waiting...it seems that's my profession now..and I don't get paid very much either. In fact, it's negative in the $ department since while I wait, I shop to pass the time.
Does the wait ever end? I'll let you know if mine does. : ) Hang in there..
