I'm Dianna. I'm married with two bio daughters. We started the adoption process in March of 06, originally intending to adopt from Korea. When Korea implemented some new rules, we switched to Vietnam in July. Our timeline is in my signature, but we were recently placed on our agency's official waiting list. We're hoping to have a referral for our baby girl in the next 6-9 months and, if we're very lucky, we'll have her home for Christmas next year.

We started in April of '06. We originally set out to adopt from India but hit a few snags. WE are currently waiting for our referral for Vietnam.

I'm Leah, married to Seth who is currently deployed. We have been planning on adopting from Vientam since May of this year. We will be starting in March, after my DH returns. We'll be requesting an infant boy.

I just started my homestudy (had first meeting this past Thursday). I requested an infant boy. I hope to have him home by this time next year (fingers crossed that the wait time doesnt jump).

We are Ryan and Heather adopting an infant girl from Vietnam-we should be getting a referral in 3-7 months we began this process in October 2005 and our dossier has been in Vietnam since July 28 2006

I'm Erin. My husband and I have 3 boys ages 12, 9, and 4. We are just barely starting the process to adopt a baby girl from Vietnam. China worked out, then didn't, then did but it inspired us to check into VN and we fell in love.

My name is Sue, and DH Jon and I are beginning the paperchase for #2. We received our 1st daughter, Natalie from China, March 28, 2006. When we sent in our app for China for our 2nd daughter, the new rules came out and we did not qualify. So....after soul searching and a lot of research we have moved on to VN. Vietnam was closed when we started our adoption for Natalie or we might have gone there for her as well. We are in the gathering papers phase and hope to be approved and send our dossier in as quickly as possible. We are requesting a baby girl as young as possible.
