Waiting Children Listing?
Do agencies have waiting children listings for Vietnam, like you see for China? Can anyone point me in the right direction? We are interested in adopting an older or s/n child from Vietnam. Thanks, Mary

Most agencies that have been working with Vietnam seem to have some kind of a waiting list with older/special needs children. I noticed FTIA has a link for waiting Vietnamese kids but it currently is a broken link.

Under the US - Vietnamese Adoption Agreement, photographs of Vietnamese waiting children are not allowed.
