I know that I'm getting way ahead of myself, but I keep wondering about this question.
How do you or the agency go about booking airline tickets if you don't know when your flying home from Vietnam? Most agencies are saying 2-3 weeks. How does this work? This is new because when we adopted are daughter from Korea our agency only had escorting. It is exciting thinking about seeing your child's birth country. Thanks, Sarah |

Airline Tickets
From what I understand we will need to get full fare, fully refundable and exchangable tickets. They are typically much more expensive, but you can change or even cancel them and receive a full refund. Changes do not cost anything extra.
Several airlines have adoption discounts off of their full fare that can make the price comparable to the standard non-exchangable/non-refundable price. I know that US Air and Northwest Air both have these discounts. |
