Adopting 2 at once?
Has anyone heard yet, if it will be possible to adopt two at the same time?

In the past, it was possible. However, since NSN adoptions are not likely to restart for several months, we won't know for a while if it will be possible this time around.

We can only hope!
Under previous rules it was allowed to adopt 2 at once. I'm hoping that it is still possible both my sister & I are hoping to bring 2 children home Winter of 2006
 BUT until the new regulations are released here in the next month or so we really dont' know. The rumours I'm hearing on my chatgroups all say that the basics like age, marriage status and ability to adopt 2 at a time won't change, just the paperchasing part. But as rumours you have to take that with a Large grain of Salt Best of Luck,

What is the new paperchase going to be? Well what are the rumours I should say? Will Vietnam request you to notarize, certify, and authenticate documents?
