Vietnamese Prime Minister
The Vietnamese Prime Minister is visiting the US as an official guest in June this year. This may be a good opportunity for some one in the State Department to bring up the MOU.

YES, in fact it is my undestanding that Prime Minister Khai will be meeting with President Bush on June 21. Everyone should contact President Bush and Vice President Bush and encourage the President to address the issue with the Prime Minister at that time. Also, contact your Congressperson or Senator and ask them to contact the White House!
