Looking for Nguyen Thi Huong (birthmother)
My husband was born on January 21 or 27, 1973 in Long Chau, Vinh Long Province, South Vietnam. He was placed in an orphanage with the Catholic Relief Services in September 1974 by his birthmother, Nguyen Thi Huong. His baptismal record states that he was named Nguyen Van Hai. The father is listed as "unknown" on the baptimal record. His nationality is African American (believed to be the father), Vietnamese, Cambodian, and Mountainyard.
