looking for birth uncle from Vermont
This is a long shot but I am looking for a BU that was from Missouri(St.Louis) could be East St Louis (Illinois). He was continuing his education at a college located in Vermont in the year 1963. He had been in military and was married with 4 girls. Three was from his wife's first marriage and they had one together that was 4 in August 1963. He could have been studying to be a draftsman and he worked as a electrician. HE was around 29 in 63. Thank you for your time.

His sister gave birth to a girl in St Louis on August 4 1963. He would probably not know this birth!
