looking for my half brother
I'm not sure if I'm on the right track, but my name is Amber,m y mother, Mandy Jane Millar gave her son up for adoption at birth and I think your birthdate matches my brothers although I'm not sure of the actual date
 my birth mother gave her son,my brother, up to the Mormon church and I was told he was in Utah and his birth records would have been changed to a local hospital. I have one baby picture that supposedly the adoptive parents sent Mandy and that's all I know other than I think the fathers name is Ken and my brother has light colored hair and either blue or hazel eyes. Is any if this familiar?
