Question what are the chances?

My last period was on July 13th. I am due to have mine tomorrow but it doesnt seem like it is going to come. Im a bit worried. My cycles are usually from 26-28 days give or take a few days. I had sex with my fiance on days 8,9,10,11,12,19,24 of my cycles. On day 10,11, and 12 we fooled around for a few seconds without a condom (we were in the heat of the moment, he has been very romantic lately) but then we put on one. He did ejaculate in the condom while inside me, but it didnt tear, rip or slip off. my boobs arent very sore (no more than pms), im just exhausted (but i get that during pms) what are my chances of being pregnant?

Slim. As you're a day from your period, stop in a drug store and get a First Response test (two pack) and take one today just to ease your mind. If your period doesn't come tomorrow, wait a day or two for it and test again.

yeah. im just worried though. it was supposed to start today not tomorrow, im getting slight cramps but other than that, it doesnt seem like it is going to come at all. i have been reading on sites and half say precum can indeed get a girl pregnant and the other half say it cant unless the man had already ejaculated recently. so im really confused. im getting a test either tomorrow or the day after..... please help.

The only help we can offer at this point is the help you offer yourself. Getting a test will help aleviate the worry and anxiety that accompanies "the unknown." Why wait to buy the test tomorrow if your period was to come today? Why give yourself that added stress, especially if it is unneeded and even more so if you actually are pregnant. Not one of us can diagnose you as pregnant or not pregnant over the computer. The next step is completely up to you.

Is it true that there is sperm in precum? or does that go away if a man hasnt ejaculated recently and has gone to the bathroom? i have looked at a good amount of sites online, its 50/50.

Uhm, no, it's not 50/50. There is sperm in pre-ejaculate.

Quote:
Delayed condom use is defined as putting on a condom after sex with penetration but before ejaculation. This technique doesn't prevent sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). That's especially true of STDs spread by skin-to-skin contact, such as human papillomavirus (HPV) and herpes. It also increases risk of unwanted pregnancy and other STDs such as HIV infection. That's because pre-ejaculate -- fluid emitted by the man before ejaculation -- often contains sperm as well as cells that can harbor the AIDS virus.

I would suggest picking up the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility so that you can better understand your body, your cycles and how to prevent unplanned pregnancy in a natural manner if you aren't planning on using other forms of birth control. Do not confuse this with the "Rhythm Method." It is the Fertility Awareness Method. Knowing about your bodily functions will only help in understanding and prevention.

I would test in a few days if you haven't gotten your period by that point.

A lot of things can cause late periods; stress, late ovulation, lack of ovulation, etc. As I said, the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility will better help you understand the ins and outs of your cycle.

The only "safe" bet if you're not getting your period is to go to an OBGYN to figure out why your cycle isn't acting "normal." The average female cycle, as opposed to the myth of 28 days, ranges from 24-36. If you're falling in that range, you're most likely healthy. However, if you've had a sudden change in cycle, are lacking one completely or so on, you need to be seen by a doctor to assure that nothing is wrong. Again, I encourage you to buy the book. Understanding our bodies is so vastly important.

You should definately see your Dr. It seems like you had this same issue a few months ago based on previous posts. You should talk to your dr. about another method of birth control if you are going to continue to be unprotected the first few minutes. Good Luck - and see your Dr.
