My names ashley im 18 and recently decided to become sexually active. I was on birth control for about 3 weeks but stopped because I disliked the side effects. I started my period the day after I stopped taking the pills, which was june 13th. It is now july 20th and I havent had my period again. I have had sex , but it was protected and the condom did not break or leak. I thoroughly examined it afterwards! Is my period trying to go back to the schedule it had before the pill or I should have had it on the 13th like it was last month? Could I be pregnant? Please help

If you are worried about being pregnant, please take a test! If nothing else, it will help with your peace of mind.

Any time that I stopped taking the pill prior to the end of the cycle, my next few cycles were completely abnormal. It may just take some time before you are back on schedule! Also, I would recommend going back to your gyn to try a new brand of pills. I had horrible effects on certain brands, but on others, there were no effects.
