my girlfriend and i recently had unprotected sex and i ejaculated inside of her. this was on tuesday and her period started wednesday. is there a chance that it was to close to when her periood was starting for us to tell that she is not pregnant from her period?

Well I don't know if its to earlly to tell if shes not... I Just hope that if shes is or isn't that it scares you soo you are safe about having sex... you may want her to take a test in few weeks to find out for sure...

I agree with kitkat and that it might be a good idea for her to do a test in a few weeks. Not sure from your post how you would feel if she was pregnant but I hope all turns out how you want it to.

Its unlikely, if I recall women are typically fertile between 9 and 14 days after the start of there period, depending on there individual cycles though. Sperm survive for 24-48hrs. However women who's cycles are irregular sometimes fertile at times when most women arent.
