Question.
I think I mite be having a miscarriage but I m not for sure. I am about 12 weeks in to my pregnancy. Today I have been having strong abdomen pains and minor bleeding and about 10 minutes ago it felt as if my water broke and then a rush of pink and clear fluid was released. I don't know what I should do I am visiting a friend in Ontario but I am from Canada and she doesn't know that I am pregnant. I have no way of contacting my Doctor back home. What should I do?

Go to the ER immediately. It's not worth putting yourself/the baby in harm's way.

Total agreement.
Not only is your baby in danger but YOUR health is as well. Get to the nearest ER as soon as possible. Answer your friend's questions later. Just GET there. Prayers.
