Lookin 4 Belinda Rumph+Brinley Evans,pleez help.

My mum was origanally from port talbot but was thought to have moved with her sister to newport in the 1980's.Her name was Belinda Rumph she would be about 38 now.My dad name is Brinley Evans+was from a big family in Cardiff he'd be about 47 now.I also have a half brother born in 1985 but dont know his name because my mum had him adopted before me.Any info will be greatly appreciated no matter how small.
