I recommend that you read the agency reviews on the FRUA - Families For Russian and Ukrainian Adoption bulletin board. There are extensive discussions there.
Do a search on the name of this group and you'll find the bulletin board (here I believe the forum rule doesn't allow any links to be posted). Good luck, MM
