We are considering Ukraine
I just kept in touch with my agency person and she told me that Ukraine would be opening soon. '
We adopted our first from Russia but are considering the 2nd one in another EE country. What I love about Ukraine is that you don't know anything about your referral until you get there. I like to be surprised. Can anyone tell me their experiences with the process and how long it took, travel etc... Thanks
