Is anyone who is registered and have been waiting recieved their travel date?

I understand the current closure due to non compliance of post placements for new dossiers, but I was wondering if any dates are going out at all. There is an eery quiet on the posts.

we were registered last may with the nac and are still waiting for a travel date.

I think it may be a wait to get appt's. We may have to wait until the new dep't. takes over. I was reg. in July. On the bight side, the weather will be nicer. I have heard Ukraine in the Spring is lovely.

We were registered in September 2005. We received a letter on October 31st, wanting to know what month in the "first half of 2006" we could come. We responded but then they shut down. We are still waiting to hear back. I was under the impression that were going to try to get the people already registered in before the new organization took over but now I am wondering. My fear now is that we will be there in the middle of it and they will shut down again. I too am trying to look on the bright side, thinking that it will be warmer, which will also make it alittle easier to pack! Jennifer
