Kherson, Ukraine
Hi,
I have a question. Has anyone adopted from the baby house (orphanage) in Kherson, Ukraine? One of our sons came from that orphanage and I was just curious. Mykidsmom

We adopted a little boy from there in October 2001, he was 6 months old at the time

Hi Jane,
We adopted in Ukraine in Feb 2001, we just had a Gotcha Day, in fact 4 years ago at this time we were in Kherson. We were gone a total of 21 days. So did you have Dianna as your interpreter and her sister Julia as the facilitator? We did stay with a host family,Yelena, Vitale and Alicia and Serge. Did you know that Alicia now goes to school in St. Louis? Mykidsmom
