A WONDERFUL Agency that works with Ukraine is called Reaching Arms International. They are located in New Hope, Minnesota. We (hubby and me) are presently doing a Ukranian adoption with them. Last November we adopted a little boy from Russia with their help.

Sense is not an agency. It is an independent facilitation company based in the US (as opposed to independent facilitators based in Ukraine.) I will be using Sense for my October adoption (they have already assisted with my paperwork which is at the Embassy in DC right now, to go to NAC Monday.) The cost is comparable to using a facilitator based in Ukraine, in fact, when interviewing facilitators, they came in mid to low, price wise (not rock bottom, but the services are not rock bottom either!) feel free to contact me at deb@vandrasik.com if you have questions.
