Where to start..
This is obviously a harder search than normall but depending on the amount of information you have regarding your nephew, it isn't alltogether impossible.
I can't expertly tell you where to start allthough what I have found is that the social services do appear to be the best start for searches in the uk. Norcap is also a very good source of all things uk adoption related and there are several links on the Norcap web-site that may be of further interest to you. The address for which is - http://www.norcap.org.uk Allthough I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with AdoptionForums.com and all of it's partner sites, it's just that they are mainly directed to US adoption and carry very little in the form of UK related topics.
