UK citizen but not living in UK looking to adopt in Nepal
I'm looking to adopt in Nepal. I'm a UK citizen living in Spain and its all looking good.
The Spanish government has asked that I prove that laws for Spain and England are the same to adopt in Nepal. Looks like I'd have to re-adopt my child if I ever decided to move back to the UK. Does anyone have any experience with this? Are there any UK citizens out there that have adopted whilst living abroad or have adopted from Nepal whilst living in england. I'd like to hear from you. Should I be concerned about having to re-adopt if I decide to move back to the UK?
