Can you adopt a US child from the UK?
I live in the UK. London to be exact.
I had to put CA on my registration cos I couldnt get registered without a US State. I wanted to know if any one could tell me if it is possible to adopt a child from the US if you live in England. This isn't for me as my family is complete, but for a friend. Thanks.

Provided your friend can pass all the tests and jump through all the hoops that she would have to jump through for any other international adoption that is to be finalised in England & Wales, then yes.
