Hair Style Websites?

Would anyone have a link to a good website with hairstyle(particularily braiding/cornrows) pictures/tips etc.

I think someone posted one before that had great ideas but I can't find it now and I never bookmarked it at the time.

The one I'm thinking of had alot of tips on natural hair/locs etc

Thanks!

I am not sure which one you were thinking about but my son has locs and I found that knottyboy.com had a lot of really helpful stuff on their site (I also love their products! )

a couple more links you might want to check out:

Shuruba -Basic Hair Styles
Home - MotownGirl.com - Natural Hair Care - Natural Black Hair Care - Black Natural Hair

Or, this Yahoo! Group is great:
adoptionhair_skincare · Adoption Hair & Skin Care
(has a lot of photos, too)

How old was your son when you started locs? I would love to do something with Ty's hair, but I'm not sure I want it to be locs yet. I'm also not sure that having him sit for corn rows is a great idea either. I just don't think it's going to be a successfl venture

I DID get some Carol's Daughter products for his birthday on Satuday. I hope they are everything I'm hoping they would be

If you join the yahoo hair group, there is a photo gallery on there. Plus, you'll get tons of advice, too. Also, check out these videos on youtube. I think the videos are going to be a lifesaver for me!

adoptionhair_skincare : Adoption Hair & Skin Care

YouTube - Katelynylyn's Channel
(Plus, you can always just type "cornrows" or "Zulu knots" etc. into the search box on Youtube and you'll get results, too, but so far, the ones I linked have been the best - she is an adoptive mom, too!)
