Adoption Center of Choice in Utah?
Hello,
We are debating on whether or not to sign with a second agency (we are currently with Heart of Adoptions in Florida) We have been in some contact with Adoption Center of Choice in Utah. Does anyone have news to share? Have you successfully adopted from them? Please help! I would also love feedback from people who have adopted with Heart of Adoptions in Florida. Thank you! ~Jamie

I am so new to all of this, live in Utah and interested in tranracial. Who did you go through and what was your experience like. What is PM? If that is how you get info, I need this too
