We do too! At night during the winter we have to just cover Paxton's body in it under his sleeper, and put that or Aveeno on his face since that gets really scaly. He wears knee high socks all day and through the night if he's not in a blanket sleeper, always with the fake Eucerin under it. If we leave the socks and lotion off for even an hour his excema can break out. During the day I can get away with Aveeno lotion on him, sometimes even on his calves (the worst part). It makes dressing him kinda messy sometimes to use so much thick lotion, but it's worth it. He still has so many fading scars (white blotches) on his calves from last year and I feel horrible for it because we just couldn't get it under control!
