My I600
is in the hands of the government in Vietnam so now the real clock will begin ticking. This is really going to happen, huh? Just trippy.

I'm a little foggy on the international adoption process and I'm curious what is an I600? Is it a document stating the American goverment considers Layla a true orphan?

Yes and that she can be brought to the US as my relative/daughter, which means when we hit the floor at the glorious LAX she will be a CITIZEN. YIPPEEE!!!
