Curly Q Hair products
Hello,
I started this thread last week but it seems to have disappeared with the site being down. Has anyone used this product - and do you have any feedback? Which of the products did you use? Also - one "problem" we sometimes have is the fragrance is too feminine to use on a boys hair - what are they like for Curly Q? Right now we use Carol's Daughter and love most of it, but it's always fun to try something new! Oh - BTW - both my boys have very thick, curly hair! Karyn

I love African Pride. It has a clean, pleasant smell that isn't floral or feminine. It's the consistency of vasoline and it really conditions the hair. It's in a white jar with a brown lid & brown label. And it's not super expensive.

THERE ARE EIGHT DIFFERENT WAYS YOUR CHILD CAN DIE ON A CORDED WINDOW TREATMENT Read "How Safe Cords Kill" at www.pfwbs.org THREE CHILDREN HAVE STRANGLED TO DEATH SINCE ANGEL DIED ON 8/11/09. Brandyn Coppedge died on 9/11/09. Rosie Smith died on 9/30/09 and Thapelo Kwofie died on 11/1/09. The Consumer Product Safety Commission is no longer recommending safety kits. They are now recommending that anywhere children live or visit should be free of corded window products. |

Thanks Kat-L. Can I ask - do you know if it is a natural product or not? I'd prefer not to use too many chemicals or things with petroleum by-products if possible.
Thanks again!

We are foster parents but we have used It's a Curl on most of our AA/ Biracial children that have been in our home. I ordered a set of the Curly Q products for my 2 and half year old AA/CC foster son I knew was coming. The foster home he was in before cut all his hair off. I was sick. So I guess we will be growing out again before we will really be able to use it.
