Adoption agencies NY

I am researching adoption agencies in NY. An agency out of state that will work with us in NY is also okay. We are specifically interested in agencies who have programs and knowledge of special needs, drug exposed infants.

Our 2 year old foster son (finalizing adoption right now) is the light of our life and he was a drug exposed infant. We feel we are prepared to parent another child like him.
