Under $15k?
If your adoption cost UNDER $15,000 (with EVERYTHING, including home study, legal fees, birthmother expenses, agency fees, etc), can you please PM me your agency? We are US citizens living abroad (Canada), wanting to adopt transracially (we are caucasian). Because of our residency, not all agencies will work with us, but there MUST be some out there who will charge less than $15,000, and sign on with US citizens living abroad!!
